- The research paper abstract should be non-plagiarized content prepared in accordance with the opted research study. It should contain the understanding and/or observations of the author(s) through their literature review in accordance with the past research studies and/or current research trends, wherein the author(s) need to mention the true intent and justify the need and relevance or significance of the opted research study. Also, the author(s) must mention the research methodology or method of study adopted (applicable to all types of research (review/conceptual/empirical/experimental/case study)) and indicate the major findings and/or observations (if any) in the research. The abstract should not contain references/author citations.
- The abstract should be submitted in a Single Paragraph Format in MS-Word file along with the online registration form, wherein the concerned author/lead/corresponding author (in case of joint paper abstract) shall attach only their abstract of their paper after filling the necessary fields and completing conference registration formalities.
- The entire text body should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12pt with single line spacing.
- The language and medium of abstract submission and paper presentation should be only in English and should not exceed 250 words.
- Abstract submission as an attachment file through online should contain only the paper title followed by name (with initials if any) and Professional Affiliation (Designation, University/Organization/Institution/College Name, City, State & Country). It should not contain Email Address and Mobile Number.
- Co-Authorship is accepted in research abstract submission, wherein a maximum of four authors (including lead author & three co-authors) per abstract submission is permitted. At least one of the authors (Lead or Co-author) has to register in the conference for issuance of Participation cum Presentation E-Certificate(s).
- No part of the abstract should have been published elsewhere earlier and/or should be under consideration for publication in a journal/conference/book chapter/book/monograph/report. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification of the paper abstract.
- In the case of joint authors/co-authors, only one author is allowed to present the paper at the Global Conference. However, the other co-author(s) whoever registered shall participate in the web presentation session in accordance with joint paper registration.
- The last date for submission of the abstract along with online registration should be on or before 5th January 2025.
- The submitted abstract will be sent for review, and if there are any changes or revisions that need to be incorporated then the author(s) concerned will receive the review comments via email from the Conference Director, wherein the revised abstract should be submitted within 3 days for further review and/or acceptance.
- The authors (including co-authors) whosoever registered for publishing their abstract in the conference proceedings and interested in publishing the same abstract elsewhere must formally obtain ‘No Objection’ from the Conference Chair / Conference Director by sending a mail to conference.nfed@gmail.com
- Authors/Co-authors interested in Full Paper Publication have to modify the Abstract submitted for the Conference Proceedings before submitting the research article as a book chapter in Edited Book Publication - HRP Vol. 12 by NFED Publishers and/or paper publication in the TIMER Journal.
